Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:An experienced leader to drive operational excellence, portfolio governance, executive communications, and strategic execution across the Cybersecurity Platform organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to platform leadership, ensuring alignment, visibility, accountability, and successful delivery of key initiatives.Key Responsibilities:* Lead platform governance, operational reviews, and planning cadences.* Manage integrated roadmaps, priorities, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.* Oversee portfolio delivery, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives.* Drive risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation planning.* Develop executive communications, presentations, newsletters, and town hall content.* Coordinate cross-functional programs, stakeholder engagement, and organizational planning.* Act as the central coordination point for the Cyber Security Assurance organization* Support leadership decision-making through briefings, reporting, and strategic insights.Qualifications:* 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, or Communications leadership roles.* Bachelor"s degree required.* Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.* Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive accountability.* Experience with governance, risk management, and performance metrics.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
