Gellert Global Group in Wisconsin is hiring a FSQA Technician to monitor and enforce food manufacturing controls with emphasis on hygiene, sanitation and product quality. The role performs quality control testing and reports to the FSQA Supervisor and/or Manager. You will conduct inspection rounds (metal detector CCPs, labels, weights), maintain GMP compliance, support production with problem solving, collect and label samples, organize daily testing, and release products prior to shipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gellert Global Group
