The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, conducting preventive maintenance, handling maintenance and repair tasks, and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks will include scheduling and supervising maintenance staff, ensuring equipment is in good working condition, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.
