It is a build, scale, and lead mandate . As Executive Director, you will shape the next chapter of conservation finance by: Driving a new multi-year strategic vision Expanding a national network of practitionersIncreasing visibility and influence across the sector You are not just managing programs. You are engineering a movement . What You’ll Do Lead organizational direction and execution of CFN’s strategic vision Align staff, programs, and partnerships with long-term priorities Design and execute fundraising strategy for a $600K-$850K budget Secure multi-year, six-figure grants and expand funding streams Coalition Building Engage a diverse network of stakeholders across sectors Strengthen participation and belonging within the CFN ecosystem Program Oversight Guide training programs, convenings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Identify new partnerships and expansion opportunities Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation Coordinate with Multiplier on financial operations Thought Leadership Represent CFN publicly through speaking, writing, and industry engagement Track and elevate emerging trends in conservation finance Communication Oversee newsletters, publications, and stakeholder updates Amplify impact stories across the network What They’re Looking For A leader who blends strategy, credibility, and execution discipline .
