Shift Details

This position offers day shifts with a 4x10-hour schedule, operating from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role includes 1-2 call shifts per week.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 18 months of permanent operating room experience in vascular surgery is required.
License: A PERMANENT Ohio license or a compact state license must be held at the time of application.
References: One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for is required to qualify for submission. Co-worker references will not be accepted.
Certifications: Required certifications must be active and valid at the time of application.
Background Check: Any background hits will be reviewed, and open cases will disqualify a candidate. Additionally, the facility does not accept any license hits.
Nicotine Policy: All travelers, except nurses and certified surgical technologists, must be nicotine-free.

Additional Information

Patient Care Details: Candidates are expected to handle a diverse patient population and be familiar with community hospital settings.
Orientation: Orientation will include an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment, both of which must be successfully passed.
Extensions: Travelers may remain in this role for up to 18 months, with a required 6-month break before returning, unless otherwise approved.
