What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient pelvic floor caseload

• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care

• Progress patients through functional strengthening programs

• Collaborate with on-site chiropractors, physiatrists, and occupational medicine providers 

on complex cases

• Participate in integrated care planning across disciplines

• Educate patients to improve functional movement quality and long-term outcomes

• Document accurately and efficiently

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Interest in pelvic floor therapy; experience or interest is a plus

• New graduates are welcome mentorship and structured onboarding provided

This position will be based at our Boardman, Ohio clinic location, with potential for 

flexible hours across sites based on clinic needs.

Compensation

Salary: $77,000–$95,000+ per year

Compensation is flexible based on experience, specialty skills, and education. We are 

committed to paying competitively and rewarding clinical excellence. Starting pay reflects 

market benchmarks for Northeast Ohio and will be discussed transparently during the interview 

process.
