Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Required Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Current CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license
• Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized radiation treatments with precision and care according to physician-developed plans
• Operate, maintain, and monitor complex radiation therapy equipment; coordinate repairs as needed
• Educate and support patients and their families by explaining procedures and addressing concerns
• Mentor students and new therapists, fostering a constructive and collaborative teaching environment
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in electronic health systems
• Uphold stringent safety standards, including regular equipment calibration and adherence to ALARA principles
• Oversee inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are stocked and equipment is clean and well-maintained
