Responsibilities Provide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments. Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance. Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error. Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave. Partner with the healthcare team to elevate issues, facilitate discharge, and teach patients/families regarding care management. Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions. Required NY LPN License & Registration BLS Card and Infection Control Certification High School/GED minimum Shift: Monday to Friday 0830A – 0500P This is a float position.
