Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoDrive efforts to return nonconforming products to forward flow within Raytheon factories.Analyze supplier defect data to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships across multiple support functions, including Operations, Quality, and Engineering, to influence outcomes.Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factoriesGenerate and update quality notifications.Maintain key metrics to monitor and improve process performance.Communicate with Raytheon leadership through business reviews and status meetings.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the impact of nonconformance issues on factory operations.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical disciplineExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
