Responsibilities Include Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts to documented requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation to confirm features, dimensions, and tolerances. Perform in-process inspection using standard measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, indicators) and document results. Monitor part quality during runs; communicate issues and elevate out-of-tolerance conditions promptly. Perform routine machine care per standard work (e.g., cleaning, chip management, basic checks). Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety and quality requirements. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or GED.2+ years CNC machining experience. Technical degree may be a substitute for some experience. Ability to read and interpret prints and use common inspection tools. Consistent track record of safe machine operation and quality performance. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds (some positions). Preferred Qualifications Experience producing precision parts in a controlled quality environment (inspection records, documentation).
