HOTWORX Grand Island is hiring a driven, high-energy Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our studio and strengthen our local fitness community. This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and wants to turn their passion for health and wellness into a career opportunity.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our studio — delivering an exceptional first impression while driving membership growth both in person and online.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering 12 virtual instructor-led workouts inside state-of-the-art infrared saunas, along with a fully equipped functional training zone.

Our mission is simple: More Workout. Less Time. Real Results.

We combine heat, infrared energy, strength training, and high-intensity interval training to help members maximize efficiency and accelerate results.

Sales & Studio Growth

• Deliver engaging, high-energy studio tours

• Present and close membership options confidently

• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Member Experience

• Greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals

• Guide members toward programs aligned with their goals

Marketing & Brand Representation

• Create and contribute to social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

• Represent HOTWORX in the community with confidence and professionalism

Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready studio environment

• Execute daily operational tasks and checklists

• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training

Monday–Thursday: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM-2PM

Evening and weekend availability required.

Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We provide structured training and development for the right candidate.
