Position Summary

The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations in an FDA-regulated and cGMP-compliant environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing routine production activities, completing documentation, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Perform production related tasks in an FDA and cGMP regulated environment
• Interface with production equipment including but not limited to setup, cleaning, adjustments, resolving jams, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities
• Moves, repositions and/or transfers pallets • Perform cleaning activities as directed and document in logbooks• Load and unload IV bags, pack IV bags into cases• Utilize good documentation practices to input data on batch records and record activities performed
• May be assigned to assist other product lines or departments as needed
• Complete assigned training within established deadlines
• Other responsibilities as assigned by lead or supervisor

• Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines

• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, lead and peers

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years related experience required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent sitting and use of hands for equipment operation and documentation.
• Occasional standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving parts.

Work Environment

• FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to production, warehouse, laboratory, and office settings.
• Low-noise environment with required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Salary Range: $23.00 -$26.00

Schedule: Wednesday (every other week), Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (3/4x12 shift)
