At Centerville Health and Rehab, our mission is simple: “To make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve by providing competent, compassionate and outcome-oriented care – every day.” Job Title: Hospitality Aide/Caregiver Location: Centerville Health and Rehab Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time Salary: Negotiable Position Summary The Hospitality Aide provides assistance to Nurse(s) and nursing assistants for all non-resident care duties as assigned and in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s). Key Responsibilities Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and nursing assistants as needed. Pass ice, water pitchers, linens, towels, and washcloths. Mark and pass supplies, make beds, and help serve plates and drinks to residents at mealtimes. Set/clean off tables in dining areas, clean dishes, put dishes away. Assist in passing snacks to residents. Transport residents to and from activities as well as conduct one-on-one activities with residents. Assist in various cleaning activities including but not limited to, emptying linen/trash bins, cleaning wheelchairs, or other housekeeping duties. Reports changes in a resident’s condition to the resident’s nurse and supervisor. All other non-resident care duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to successfully pass background check.
