Probation Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist

Burke

Burke is seeking a Mental Health Intervention Specialist to deliver coordinated care for individuals under probation in Polk, Trinity, and San Jacinto Counties. You will work with probation officers and multidisciplinary teams to address mental health needs, conduct screenings, and provide targeted interventions, while maintaining data systems and monthly reporting.
