Location: Elkhorn, WI
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour during training, increasing to $19.00/hour upon successful completion of training
Shift: 3rd Shift
Type: T-H

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Furnace Operator position on 3rd shift in Elkhorn, WI. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring furnaces used in the production process. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment and be committed to following safety and quality standards.

• Operate and monitor furnace equipment during production.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Maintain production flow and quality standards.
• Monitor furnace temperatures and production processes.
• Perform routine inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a hot environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on furnace operations.

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour during training
• Pay increases to $19.00/hour after training
• Training length varies based on individual performance and how quickly new skills are learned
