HVAC Project Manager

Commercial HVAC Project Manager Location: Sioux Falls, SD I'm currently working with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Sioux Falls area that's looking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to their growing team. Responsibilities Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Order materials and coordinate equipment deliveries Track project costs and maintain profitability Conduct jobsite visits and support field operations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Qualifications 4+ years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience preferred Candidates with less experience who have the right attitude and potential are encouraged to apply Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing multiple projects at one time Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license What You'll Get Competitive base salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) Paid vacation and holidays Opportunity to join a growing HVAC division with long-term career growth Primarily local commercial projects throughout the Sioux Falls area #J-18808-Ljbffr
