Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd shift

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a key role in supporting production, improving equipment reliability, and shaping the future of our new site.
What You'll Do

• Preventive maintenance - Perform routine PMs and complete required documentation.
• Equipment repair - Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and install machinery using a "final task" approach.
• Operator support - Assist line and machine operators to keep production running smoothly.
• Root cause analysis - Document issues and investigate failures when needed.
• Food safety compliance - Support HACCP and GMP requirements across the facility.
• Team communication - Work closely with leadership and coworkers in a fastchanging environment.

What You Bring

• Strong troubleshooting skills and handson mechanical repair experience
• Knowledge of hydraulics , pneumatics , and preventive maintenance
• Basic electrical skills and welding ability
• Ability to read technical documents and write clear reports
• Comfort working with computers and production systems

Preferred:

• Technical degree or trade school training
• 5-7 years of maintenance mechanic experience (food manufacturing a plus)
• Experience with highspeed packaging, mechanical power transmission, and facility support equipment

This is a Permanent position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
