• Scheduling appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening sessions
• Maintaining engagement with leads to support their hiring journey
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earning commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires originating from your connections
