Home Health PTA: Flexible Schedule & Impactful Care

Visiting Nurse Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in their homes throughout North Conway, NH. This role focuses on restoring mobility, improving independence, reducing pain, and delivering quality care in a home or hospice setting.

You will work one-on-one with patients, directing exercises and mobility activities per the supervising PT's plan while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and documenting progress in the EMR.
