Commercial Hvac/R And Kitchen Service Technician (Dual Tech)
K&D Factory Service has been servicing Pennsylvania since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!
What You'll Do:
- Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment
- Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
- Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
- Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
- Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
What You Need to Apply:
- 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or in a related industry
- Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
