As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, offices, parking facilities, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; report irregularities to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and documenting actions taken. Prepare clear and accurate reports of daily activities, patrols, incidents, and maintenance or security-related observations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
