What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient primary care to diverse patient populations
- Conduct physicals, diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic conditions and perform age-appropriate health assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in mobile and brick-and-mortar settings
- Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR
- Adjust to changing daily needs across different clinic environments
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety protocols
What You Need
- Valid California medical license in-hand
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of family practice experience
- Fluency in Spanish required; ability to work with all age groups
- Willingness to work in both mobile and fixed clinic settings
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing clinic needs
About the Assignment
Join a team committed to delivering high-quality outpatient care in Gilroy, CA. The provider will split time across mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics, serving patients of all ages in a fast-paced, outpatient environment. Orientation is a full week (Monday through Friday), and attendance is mandatory for onboarding.
