Sign On Bonus The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility caring for both the geriatric and pediatric populations. We are currently seeking full time and/or per-diem Pediatric IV Certified Nurses to join our nursing team. The Pediatric IV Certified Nurse will be responsible to ensure the safe and effective delivery of IV therapy to our pediatric patients.
