As part of our Senior Living Flex Force , you’ll help provide exceptional care across Assisted Living and Memory Care while enjoying the freedom that comes with a PRN schedule. Every shift is an opportunity to make a real difference. What You’ll Do Provide hands‑on resident care and support with daily routines. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs . Support residents with companionship, engagement, and emotional well‑being. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Communicate resident updates and concerns to nursing and leadership staff. Step in where needed to help ensure consistent, high‑quality resident care. Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. What We’re Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or related role preferred. Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work in a variety of situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others. Ability to provide excellent resident‑centered care. Flexible availability to pick up open shifts as needed.
