You'll work closely with Superintendents, project teams, owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to make sure projects are delivered safely, successfully, and in line with Ratcliff's standards.You'll be expected to:Take ownership of overall project performance, including budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfactionDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsManage subcontractor and vendor relationships, contracts, scopes, commitments, and performancePartner closely with the Superintendent to keep field and office operations alignedLead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teamsIdentify potential issues early and take action before they become larger problemsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, documentation, and project closeoutMonitor project financials and make informed decisions that protect both the project and the companyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partnersHold yourself and others accountable while contributing to a team-focused environmentRepresent Ratcliff professionally and uphold our standards throughout every phase of the projectWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is experienced, accountable, and comfortable taking the lead.The right person can make decisions, have difficult conversations when necessary, and keep a project moving without needing someone else to constantly tell them what comes next.
