Our Lakewood area client is looking to hire a customer service/inside sales rep.
- Client Management: Build rapport with existing and past clients by checking in regularly, addressing their needs, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Upselling and Promotions: Inform clients about new products, special promotions, and opportunities to expand their purchases.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our products and services (approximately 10% of the role).
- Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activity, client interactions, and results to contribute to overall sales strategy.
Experience:
- Previous sales or account management experience preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be personable, likable, and enthusiastic in client interactions.
- Sales Skills: ability to upsell
Bi-lingual-Spanish is preferred
Pay rate is $22-24/hr
