What You Will Accomplish Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room. Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements (i.e. rollups, condiments, etc.) as directed. Provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality. Ensure water glasses are full throughout the meal. Accurately communicates the daily menu offering if requested. May read tickets and deliver food to assigned table or section according to Company service standards. Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management. Notifies supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft. What You Will Bring Assists servers with food and water for the guests. Cleans and re-sets tables in the dining areas. Great If You Have Requires ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions. Contacts sometimes contain confidential/sensitive information so requires the ability to use discretion. Must demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction. Must know all applicable health standards. Possess a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
