Warehouse Manager

Warehouse ManagerThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and supporting event logistics for conventions, DLCs, Summits, and other large-scale events. This role works in close partnership with the Fulfillment Manager to manage inventory, coordinate event pulls and returns, and supervise warehouse staff. The Warehouse Manager ensures that products and event materials are accurately tracked, organized, and prepared on time while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-structured warehouse environment.Operations & Event SupportOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingCoordinate preparation of inventory and materials for events, conventions, DLCs, and SummitsManage outbound shipments to event locations and inbound returns after eventsEnsure accurate reconciliation of inventory before and after eventsCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with the Fulfillment Manager to align on inventory priorities, staffing needs, and workflowCo-supervise, schedule, and support warehouse and fulfillment staffHelp assign tasks based on operational and event timelinesAssist in training staff on warehouse processes, safety, and event preparation protocolsInventory ManagementMonitor stock levels, product locations, and event materialsConduct regular cycle counts and support full inventory auditsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Fulfillment ManagerMaintain inventory control systems to minimize loss and maximize accuracyStaff SupervisionProvide day-to-day direction to warehouse team membersSupport performance feedback, coaching, and accountabilityEnsure adequate staffing coverage for both daily operations and event preparationPromote a positive and productive team environmentSafety & ComplianceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouseEnsure team adherence to safety standards and company policiesOversee proper handling of pallets, equipment, and laddersReport and address any equipment or safety concerns promptlyProcess Improvement & ReportingTrack operational and event-related KPIs (order accuracy, event readiness timelines, returns processing, etc.)Identify opportunities to improve storage layout, labeling, and efficiencySupport continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and fulfillment operationsProvide regular updates to leadership regarding inventory status and event readinessAbout UsAbout Pro-Play GamesPro-Play Games (PPG) is a leading gaming and collectibles retailer and events organization dedicated to building community through competitive play and exceptional customer experience.
