Leasing Agent - The Reserve at Thunderbird (Fast-Paced, High-Performing Community)

Description Are you someone who knows how to close leases, build relationships, and keep things moving? We’re looking for a driven, professional Leasing Agent who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Tour prospects and confidently present the community Respond to leads quickly and professionally (calls, emails, walk-ins) Drive occupancy through strong sales and follow-up Process applications, leases, and move-in documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance Support resident retention and renewals Conduct daily property walks and maintain curb appeal Work closely with maintenance and management to keep operations running smoothly Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience Strong closing skills and a sense of urgency Professional, polished communication Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Knowledge of Fair Housing (preferred) Bilingual a huge plus Experience with Yardi or similar systems (preferred) Someone who shows up, takes ownership, and gets results What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay bonus opportunities Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 11 Paid Holidays Generous PTO Growth opportunities within a growing company A team environment that values accountability and performance Schedule: Full-time position with weekend availability required.
