Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and function
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or compact license eligible)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and hit the ground running

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Skilled in patient assessment, goal setting, and discharge planning
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current PT standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
