About the Role As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Pay $15-17/hr (based on experience & skill set) Schedule Full time - clinic is open M-F 7am-7pm Location 4734 River Rd. N. Keizer, OR 97303 Duties & Responsibilities Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety. Create a positive work environment and culture by attending to patient needs during transitional periods and providing customer service. Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions. Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures. Assist front office with tasks during downtime: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over-the-counter payments, filing, faxing, etc. Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises. Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment: daily equipment cleaning, table cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus. Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.
