$70K–$80K Base + Bonus | Target Earnings $100K+

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio across South Florida.

This is approximately an 80% field-based role focused primarily on existing-account management, retention, enhancement opportunities, and customer relationships, with a company vehicle provided.

What You’ll Own

• Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Build strong relationships with commercial clients, HOAs, and associations
• Monitor account revenue, profitability, service quality, and retention
• Conduct regular property/site visits
• Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities
• Develop estimates for enhancement projects
• Coordinate service delivery with field operations
• Resolve customer issues proactively
• Participate in board and association meetings
• Support receivables, collections, and selective new business development

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of directly related commercial landscaping experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Knowledge of estimating and enhancement/new-project work
• Strong customer relationship and account-management skills
• Ability to understand account profitability and field operations
• Aspire software experience highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
