Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, assisting in their recovery and improving mobility. Deliver patient-centered care by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients' physical conditions and establish appropriate therapy goals.

  Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function.

Qualifications:

  Hold an active physical therapy license.
