Position Title: Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) Employment Type: 1099 Contractor Evolve Psychiatry is seeking compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This is an onsite independent contractor opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults. Our therapists work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive mental health care in a supportive and professional environment. At Evolve Psychiatry, we handle the administrative work so you can focus on delivering exceptional clinical care. We provide scheduling support, insurance credentialing (when applicable), billing services, insurance verification, receptionist support, and access to our electronic medical record system. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks). Required Qualifications: Current New York State licensure or permit (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC) Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) or willingness to learn. Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding patient care and treatment planning. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary collaboration as needed. Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements. What Evolve Psychiatry Provides: Established patient referrals. Full scheduling and receptionist support. Contractors are compensated according to the applicable fee split for their licensure level.
