Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Bid Contracts Manager/ Government Contracting Specialist to be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from contract review and negotiation through execution, compliance, renewal, and closeout. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, procurement, risk management, and business stakeholders to ensure contractual agreements align with organizational objectives while minimizing risk and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contract terms, tracking key milestones and obligations, maintaining contract documentation and templates, monitoring contract performance, resolving contract-related issues, and supporting reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, risk assessment, proposal development, and public sector or regulated industries is highly preferred.
