Reporting to a System Administration, the Medical Group Administrator partners closely with physician leaders, nursing leadership, and shared services to drive clinic operations, patient access, provider onboarding, P&L stewardship, budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, EHR workflows, quality and safety metrics, regulatory compliance, and value-based performance. The Director Medical Group Practice Operations oversees practice managers and multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team—spanning primary care, specialty clinics, pharmacy, PT/OT, care management, and social work—rally behind service excellence, Just Culture, and continuous improvement to ensure every patient experience is seamless end to end.
