Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details- Status: FullTime
- Work Shift: Days
- Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm
- Hybrid work schedule after training!
As a Recruiter in Human Resources, you will be:
- Overseeing applicant flow to ensure candidates are reviewed, contacted, and advanced quickly.
- Designing fast, frictionless hiring journeys that keep candidates engaged and excited about joining the organization.
- Optimizing candidate platforms to ensure clean data, fast movement, and high manager satisfaction.
- Collaborating with onboarding teams to ensure new hires feel supported from day one.
- Presenting weekly recruitment dashboards to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve hiring velocity and candidate quality.
- Participating in career fairs, school visits, and community hiring events to connect with potential candidates and represent the organization professionally.
