Are you a Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and taking pride in a job well done? Hughes Mechanical LLC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems.
- Performing routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Identifying equipment issues and recommending appropriate repairs or improvements.
- Explaining service findings and repair options to homeowners in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle and taking care of company tools and equipment.
- Previous residential HVAC service experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- EPA certification and applicable HVAC licenses are a plus.
