Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary: Serene Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible contract, per diem, and temp-to-hire opportunities across top healthcare facilities in the Seattle area. We partner with leading providers including Providence Health & Services and other clinics, skilled nursing, and long-term care facilities. Work Locations: Seattle, Bothell, Issaquah, Edmonds, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding areas

Schedule Options: Per diem (pick up shifts as needed) Contract assignments (413+ weeks) Temp-to-hire opportunities Day, Evening, and Night shifts available Weekday and weekend shifts

Compensation: $41$47 per hour (based on experience, location, and facility) Weekly pay Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under RN supervision Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient status and report changes Maintain accurate patient documentation Assist with ADLs and patient support Follow facility policies and clinical protocols

Requirements: Active Washington State LPN license (required) Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience Experience in SNF, LTC, clinic, or hospital settings preferred Current BLS certification Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
