Facility Maintenance SpecialistIf making a positive impact in the lives of others is a constant on your to-do list — you'll LOVE working with a team that puts people first.We're looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team!As a Maintenance Specialist with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for reviewing electronic maintenance requests to prioritize repair needs for each Mosaic owned property to adhere to the safety regulations and requirements.Who will love this job:An efficient worker- your ability to shift gears makes you an excellent problem solver and multi-taskerA creative thinker - who is skilled at filtering next steps to determine how or if a repair is needed.A hands on doer - you enjoy tackling new challenges and have an innate source of intensity, energy and power that enables you to get things done.What YOU'LL do:Assist in the maintenance and general repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles.Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns and snow removal to ensure grounds are free of hazards.Repair and maintain homes to keep them in good condition for licensure.Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinkler systems and vehicles.What YOU'LL Need:A passion to help othersMinimum of one year experience in maintenance workHS Diploma or equivalentAbility to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.Valid driver's licenseWhat YOU'LL Get:Daily Pay-NEW-manage finances with a convenient way to get paid for your work every day, financial flexibility and peace of mind.
