Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU (CWR)
Location: Neptune, NJ
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12 | Every Other Weekend
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $55 – $59.50/hr (based on experience)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality neonatal care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate NICU patients and assist physicians with care delivery
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and identify care priorities
- Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions in NICU setting
- Document patient care according to clinical standards
- Manage and coordinate assigned patient care
- Support evidence-based nursing practices
- Provide family-centered neonatal care
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year NICU or related specialty experience
- ASN required (BSN preferred)
- BLS (AHA) required
- NRP (AHA) required
- Active NJ RN license or Compact license required
