  • Amazing Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, life & disability insurance, company provided professional liability insurance – we’ve got you covered.
  • Clinician Run Company: You’ll be supported by people who get the work you do.

What You’ll Do:

The Indiana First Step (INFS) Site Advisor is responsible for primary oversight of the APT INFS program.

  • Daily supervision of therapists working in INFS; including assisting therapists in building caseload.

  • Responsible for interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires.
  • Achieve outcomes as directed by supervisors and/or budget, inclusive of hours goals and expenses.

  • Support TAs with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience as a therapist or early childhood educator, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Active INFS caseload of at least 15 patients (or ability to increase to this minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
  • Ability to motivate and engage staff.
  • Valid, unencumbered therapy license in Indiana.
  • Ability to travel to various locations throughout Indiana.
