- Build and maintain a comprehensive fundraising calendar (2026 and forward-looking), including events, digital fundraising pushes, and recurring donor moments; review/update 1–2x per month.
• Plan and execute 3–4 major fundraising events annually and additional smaller events as needed.
• Ensure every event meets minimum planning requirements (host + venue concept, date, ticket/donation structure, roles for invites/follow-ups/day-of).
• Execute a post-event donor capture plan
• Align event messaging, invitations, social content, and donation links.
• Maintain event documentation and templates (run-of-show, budgets, follow-up scripts, debriefs) to create repeatable systems.
• Track performance metrics (attendance, revenue, cost, conversion to recurring) and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the department director (leadership) receives regular updates on fundraising progress.
• Communicates regularly with leadership to build a donor prospect list and determine giving capacity for current donors.
