HR Generalist

Key Responsibilites:

• Lead the transition for payroll services
• Consolidate benefits administration (currently across five providers) into a single streamlined platform
• Coordinate with vendors and manage communications during the transition
• Support recruiting and internship program efforts
• Handle employment verifications and general employee inquiries
• Assist with vendor coordination related to an upcoming office move
• Participate in broader HR and administrative functions depending on skill set

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant HR or operations experience
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
