If you love solving problems, helping others, and want a supportive team to grow with, this is the perfect place to start.The Service Desk Support Technician is an on-site role embedded within the Research Desktop team, providing Tier 1 technical support to the Seattle Children's Research Institute (SCRI) user community through established support channels (primarily phone and user-submitted tickets). Ranging from remote software installs to basic software/OS troubleshooting and ticket triage (creation and routing), this position serves as a crucial first line of defense—resolving common issues efficiently at first contact while shielding Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams.Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience.
