- Experience: Prior Urology or Surgical Assist experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour
- Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Paid sick time per state and federal law
- Robust referral bonus program
- Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements, when applicable
- Assist with Urology consultations and outpatient care
- Support inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Perform minor procedures and assist during surgeries
- Document patient information accurately in EMR
- Provide patient education and counseling as needed
- Current PA license in Pennsylvania (or eligible)
- Demonstrated experience in Urology or surgical setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
