Medical Sales Representative

Job Description MED-PASS is an industry leader in the provision of documentation, reference and educational resources in senior care markets that include pharmacy, long-term care, assisted living, home health and hospice. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell compliance solutions that support senior care markets. The candidate will sell materials that help senior care workers meet Federal and State regulations, as well as standards of practice. Responsibilities Promote and sell compliance solutions to senior care providers. Build strong relationships with senior care providers and healthcare professionals. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Drive sales growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Travel up to 5% for trade shows and larger accounts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Healthcare, or a related field preferred. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales preferred but not required. Ability to build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; will receive training on CRM system.
