Superior Turf & Pest Control is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians.

If you enjoy working outdoors, being out on your own with little direct supervision we’d love to talk with you. Superior Turf & Pest Control believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Experience in the lawn care field is desired. He or she must have:

• Clean Driving record

• Ability to operate machinery

• Ability to meet production goals

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds

• Pass a drug test and background check.

Job description

• Maintaining a daily route where you will be resolving customer concerns and issues

• Maintaining a truck and your equipment in proper working order

• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided

• Collecting payments for services rendered

• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with State and Federal laws

• Monday thru Friday and Saturday's when needed

We offer a competitive salary $15 to $25 per Hour, commission and benefits.
