As a Certified Nursing Assistant at BHN's Carlson Recovery Center, you will provide direct care and daily support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities.
• Monitoring physical health and emotional well-being of individuals served.
• Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with basic medical procedures.
• Supporting clients through behavioral interventions and daily schedules.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with nursing and supervisory staff.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
• Participating in safety checks and team collaboration to uphold quality standards.

Pay: $22-$25 per hour (depending upon experience)

Shifts available:

• Per diem
• Overnight (full time)

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course or equivalent (required).

Prior experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or recovery setting (preferred).

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals in recovery.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs.
