Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient specimens including blood, urine, and other biological samples.
- Perform routine clinical laboratory tests following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure accurate data entry , result recording, and report generation.
- Follow Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
- Maintain compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and laboratory safety standards .
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials as required.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment and testing issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
- Adhere to infection control and biosafety protocols .
